You can use this lotion externally anywhere you need to! If you're new to magnesium products, start out slow and work your way up. Keep in mind Magnesium is a salt, therefore be mindful if you have freshly exfoliated skin, cuts or other open wounds. Some people find a dime size on their problem areas (shoulders, back, neck) is perfectly good. Others enjoy using it on their legs. While if you're me, you go full body mode!
